Trips to Andorra are jam-packed with adventure, fascinating culture and spectacular landscapes of forested valleys and towering peaks. Famous for its ski resorts and chalets in the winter, Andorra is perfect for a skiing or snowboarding holiday. During the summer months, there’s a vast variety of hiking and cycling routes in the mountains. Then having tackled the trails, dive headfirst into white water rafting and zip lining in the forest. Finally, be sure to explore its bustling capital, Andorra la Vella, the highest capital in Europe. The absence of an airport means Andorra never gets the recognition it deserves. But jet into Barcelona in neighbouring Spain or Toulouse in France and this intriguing mini-nations is just a couple of hours’ drive away.
